((Yes, I know Darkstar is actually out at Circuit Board, but we really need a ceremony, so I'm just saying that he stopped back for a ceremony. After this post though, he'll be gone out to the Circuit board.))
Having just returned from his journey to get his nine lives, it was going to be a short visit though, he has something else to do as well, Darkstar needed to do something that Dawnflower hadn't had the chance to do before she went insane.
"Let all cats gather around the Highrock for a ceremony!"
Blue eyes gleaming as the cats gathered around, Darkstar summoned up the apprentices with a single flick of his tail.
"Whisperpaw, Falconpaw, Flickerpaw, Silverpaw, Daypaw, Dejectedpaw, Mistypaw, and Dustpaw, you have all trained hard, and tonight, you shall get your warrior names!"
Looking at the amount of apprentices he had, Darkstar took a deep breath. This was his first ceremony, he only hoped that everything would go well tonight, as well as the news he had to tell the clan.
"Whisperpaw, you shall from now on, be known as Whispersecert! Falconpaw, you shall from now on, be known as Falcondance! Flickerpaw, you shall from now on, be known as Flickerflame! Silverpaw, you shall from now on, be known as Silversoul! Daypaw, you shall from now on be known as Daydream! Dejectedpaw, from now on, you shall be known as Dejectedsorrow! Mistpaw, you shall now be known as Mistyfeather! Dustpaw, you shall now be known as Dustquill!"
There would be a lot of new warriors to sit vigil tonight. Waiting for the response to die down, Darkstar began with his next part. Looking down, he flicked his tail to the kits, watching as they raced up.
"Shimmerkit, Firekit, Fallenkit, Lynxkit, Galaxykit, you have all waited patiently to become apprentices. Tonight, you will!
Shimmerkit, you shall be known as Shimmerpaw, and your mentor will be Mikocloud.
Firekit, you shall be known as Firepaw, and your mentor will be Bridgewater.
Fallenkit, you shall be known as Fallenpaw, and your mentor shall be Icefire
Lynxkit, you shall be known as Lynxpaw, and your mentor shall be Cherryblossom.
Galaxykit, you shall be known as Galaxypaw, and your mentor shall be Jupitersong.
Watching the proud new warriors and apprentices, Darkstar let the cheers die down, before making his next announcement.
"I am going to the Circuit Board today to speak with Clopar with Frostwinter. We'll be back soon."
Turning, the new leader leaped off the rock, and alongside Frostwinter, was soon to leave. Eternalblossom could take care of everything...
((If anyone wants their names changed, just let me know.))

Eternalblossom sat rigidly at the base of the rock, watching over the other cats, her back towards Darkstar, taking her role as deputy seriously. She had, of course, congratulated Darkstar on his acceptance by StarClan, and inquired as to any problems she should know about, on getting there or back. There had, so far as she been informed, been none. Of that she was glad; after all the problems the Clan had had, the last thing they needed was a petty feud with another over the rights to visit StarClan.
As the cats received their warrior names, she couldn't help a smile break across her face at the excited looks on their faces - that is, she noted, except Dejectedpaw (though even he looked a little less morose than usual) -and she remembered back to her apprentice days. Eternalpaw. She'd always loved her name. Of course, most apprentices liked their names, or could manage it, she loved hers. It just seemed to fit - she was born in this Clan, she would remain with this Clan. For an eternity. Her loyalty had never wavered, not even for a moment. For her, it was CrescentClan or death. Not even love had wavered her...
Snapping out of her reverie, she went to congratulate the new warriors and apprentices, keeping an eye on Darkstar to see when he was to leave. The she-cat had definitely stepped up to the post of deputy.
-x-
Daydream looked at Dejectedsorrow in pure ecstasy. "We're finally warriors! Oh, it felt like we were apprentices forever!"
"Yeah...Well, we've got more responsibilities now, no more slacking off for us..." Dejectedsorrow replied, proving why he got his name in the first place.
Daydream, however, was indignant. "Slacked off? Who slacked off?! I worked my claws down to get here! If you're suggesting that I-"
Then she noticed him laughing softly. it was the first time she'd seen him laugh, and she watched him, mesmorised.
"I'm just messing with you, Daydream. I know you were a good apprentice. You're going to be a good warrior. And someday, you'll be a good mentor."
"Thank you. Now shut up or I'll pull your whiskers off!" Nice, isn't she?

Falcondance beamed as she looked around at all of the new warriors. Tending to be a bit tempermental and headstrong, it was a wonder the firey colored she cat had even become a warrior at all. Maybe the fact she was loyal to the death that had played a part in everything though. As an apprentice, she had attacked a rogue who had been after Fallenkit, back when she was still a kit, without any hesitation, ignoring the wounds and just focusing on getting the rogue out of there. Nobody was all to happy with her actions, she should have told an older cat they said, but nobody really punished her. They had all been too glad that the enemy had been driven out. Whirling around, her dance like gait proving where she had gotten her name, she offered a smile at all the other new warriors. Being an outcast as an apprentice, she had been of rogue orgins, Falcondance could only hope that things would get better now that they were all warriors. "Congrats Dejectedsorrow, Daydream." Calling out to the two new warriors, Falcondance grinned slightly at them. Suddenly though, another new warrior caught her eye, the blind one that Darkstar had mentored. Bouncing over to Whispersecret, she grinned slightly, looking him in the eyes without any hesitation. It would be easy to see her, even if one was blind, she was so vibrant. "Hello. I'm Falcondance."
>><<
The light grey colored warrior smiled a soft smile, which was generally what most could get out of her. She was an orphan, and with the death of Polarlight, one of the few cats she was closer too, Mistyfeather really had no reason to smile anymore. All of the world was cast in light and dark, nevermind how well she hid that from the others. After the death of her aunt(?), well, she had basically exiled herself out from everyone, aside from Falcondance, who wouldn't leave her alone no many how many times she had yelled at the other cat. Maybe that had been a good thing though, as it did give Mistyfeather the need to be around others, so she didn't exile herself out all the way. As her light orbs caught the looks of the other new warriors, a bout of loneliness gripped her, and for once, Mistyfeather actually went to start a conversation with the others. Walking up to Dejectedsorrow and Daydream, she offered a faint smile. "You'll have to forgive Falcondance. She loves everyone, although her attention span doesn't always last too long, especially at times like these. She means well though." Shaking her head in an amused fashion, Mistyfeather sat down, kind of on the side of the two other cats, but close enough to want to be part of their conversation. "I don't think we've met before; I'm Mistyfeather." Her attitude was easily considered calm, and maybe a bit colder, but it wasn't always seen that way.

Dustquill grinned. He was quite happy that he was now a warrior. Also that his apprenticeship was finally over. It felt like it had lasted to long. Him and Flickerflame were probably older then most apprentices before they were just made warriors. He glanced around to see his mother who came up to him. She purred and touched his shoulder with her muzzle. "You've grown into a fine warrior, son." She said; practically beaming. "You know your father would be proud."
Dustquill nodded and gave a slight smile. "He is. Because he's in Starclan. You know that." He replied padding to stand beside his mother. Glancing around the tom wondered where Flicker flame was. "I'm going to go congratulate Mistyfeather." Sandriddle said looking a little sad. Since her sister, also Mistyfeather and Spiritpaw's mother, had been killed in battle. Dustquill nodded slightly and wandered off to see if he could find Flickerflame.
Sandriddle padded over to her niece and nudged the younger she-cat on the shoulder lightly. "How you doing?" She asked tilting her head as she looked at the new warrior. Out of the little family the death had probably affected Mistyfeather the most. Spiritpaw wasn't seen enough for anyone to really know how he was handling it. Dustquill wasn't affected as much. He cared, just not as much. His heart belonged to the newly name Flickflame. They had known each other through being kits, apprentices and now they were warriors together. Tonight they, and the others which included his cousin, would sit vigil together. Sandriddle had not sat vigil though. But she knew it was nicer to have someone with you on the cool night of no speaking. The brown tabby wondered briefly what happened if there was an emergency or if the cats on vigil were allowed to break the code for that.
((Her mother, Polarlight, was killed. Sandriddle is her aunt. ^^ Marrow plays her brother, Spiritpaw, but I'm not sure if Marrow knows that. XD))
