Twisting, Snadstrike made it look like he was going to charge her, but at the last moment launched himself into the air, landing backwards on Rainbowpelt's back. Eyes glittering with amusment, he grabbed her sides with his paws, otherwise he would have fallen off.

Rainbowpelt shook herself like a soaked dog, hoping to throw him off.

It worked. As Rainbowpelt shook, Snadstrike felt himself sliding off, paws slipping off of the smooth fur. Shaking his head, before he actually fell off, the spotted warrior leapt off of her, spinning around so he could face her. Amusment gleamed in his eye as he crouched down, waiting for her 'attack.' Never really was he so light hearted, so able to be free, not worried about anything.

Rainbowpelt looked at him intently, analyzing his posture and more. She then started to charge him, but leaped back at the last second. Usually the other cat tried to get her, and ended up falling flat on their face. It had been known to backfire, however.

As she charged him, Sandstrike charged her as well. It was a spur of the moment's thought, and if Rainbowpelt hadn't backed up at the last second, the two would have collided. In a very painful way that was. Launching himself, he leapt to the side of her, and leaned against her with his paws, pushing her really. Done with full force, it would have been an intresting move, but here it was all just a game. Laughter sparked in Sandstrike's eyes, and actions at that moment spoke so much louder then words.

Rainbowpelt fell to the ground, dust puffing around her. She laughed loudly, not saying anything.

Sandstrike sneezed as the dust swooshed around him, shaking hos head a couple times. He was obviously amused with everything though, the way his eyes glinted in good humor. This was a lot of fun, and although his siblings had all died when he was a kit, he was doing rather well. It was as all though lost memories were comming back, starting with playing.

Rainbowpelts eyes glittered as she sneezed as well. "Look at us!' she laughed, jmping up and shaking dust off her fur, sneezing once more. "We look like a bunch of kits." her laughter rang out loudly, her eyes sparkling with fun.

Shaking off his pelt like a dog, Sandstrike rolled his eyes in amusment. Sneezing once more, eyes watering slightly, he blinked several times. Grinning he nodded at her words.
"Wow. Full grown warriors acting almost as bad as the kits. That something you don't see everyday."
His eyes glittered in good humor as he sat down and gave his shoulder a few licks.

((Isn't he mute? If not... oops!))
Rainbowpelts eyes opened wide. "You... you talked." she stuttered, astonishment coloring her face.

((Hmm. He really doesn't talk, but I'll say he can.))
Sandstrike flinched slightly, shaking his head wordlessly. Looking over, he saw a few cats glancing his way, and flicked his tail, a signal for Rainbowpelt to follow, and moved out into the forest. He wouldn't speak when there were so many cats around, he had forgotten he could speak! After not using it for so long, there was a big suprise in the fact he could. He was so used to being mute, that nothing had prepared him for actually speaking once more. The memories were back now though, and as he sat in the forest waiting for Rainbowpelt, he flipped through them.

Rainbowpelt bounced to him, her eyes still wide. "But I thought you couldn't..." her voice trailed off.

At first, it looked as though the sandy tom would scrawl out in the dirt, before he coughed to himself. "I never knew I could. I livbed with a crazy loner who couldn't talk, so I never really.. spoke. I would like it if you kept this between us though please." His tone was hoarse, rough and broken. Obviously, as he looked at the dirt beside him, the urge to write was strong, as his voice was not. It was differant though, broken yet accented in a differant way. Who knew?

"I won't." Rainbowpelt said softly, not looking at him, but the dirt beside hin. She tore her gaze away and looked at him finally. "I bet you'd have a beautiful voice if you used it more." she said quietly.
