Sarah --- --- The biggest mistake , i av made iz letting pple in my life , who i fink , i can trust , bt den finding out i cant .
Jason ---------- -'------ No, the, biggest, mistake, you've, made, is, SO, MANY, ******* COMMAS,.
Hannah 'Stig' Moore Not to mention, speaking like your keyboard is broken. It don't take any more time to type it out properly. :/
And Jason, I joined this group mainly to say you are awesome! Brilliant comment there haha.
Jade ------ hannah! ****! you aint ******' perfect! ovi becasue you cant read short hand your moanin like a ****** child! stupid idiot! grow the **** up!
Benjamin ----- Wow your just like having a go at this hannah girl cuz she can clearly read and type like an utter ****, but choices not to. what the hell!
Ben ---------- I love how this Hannah 'Stig' Moore thinks that she is being smart by correcting people, however last time I checked, the phrase - 'It don't' was not a proper way to speak. You dug yourself into a hole, you n00b!
Hannah 'Stig' Moore Just as a point to the person who says I am an utter child for not "short handing" my writing, I am, in actual fact, 15. I don't see the need to type like a licence plate. It doesn't take me any less time, unless I am typing on a phone - and even then, I usually take an additional 3 secs to make sure the person on the other end can read it. Never once did I claim to be perfect, otherwise I wouldn't have made a mistake in 2009, and would have no need to be on this page. You yourself, Jade, became the person you hate by correcting me. And before you claim you weren't correcting, well, neither was I so get your facts straight before you jump on someone. Oddly enough, it seems as though I CAN read shorthand.
"It don't" can be used as an unstandard form of English, actually. Not entirely textbook, no, but not incorrect either. :]
Jeanie ------- Hannah 'Stig' Moore, -claps- way to completely own everyone else! Nicely argued. I'm on your side, screw you non-grammatically correct people! x
Stephanie --------- ----- i joined to write a comment...lame i know, but ah well, anyway, one question, why change 'is' to 'iz', how is that any quicker or any form of shorthand!?
anyway, i don't care, i can type and write correctly when i need to, an choose to type/write in text speech when i cba or haven't got much credit left, so it shortens the messege and so it's just one page i send instead of two so there you go, that is all...
and Jason, legendary lol
well argued everyone as well, well, well argued to those who argued for correct English, to the others...sssh, just because someone tries to correct anothers spelling doesn't mean they are trying to be clever or arrogant or anything like that, just trying to keep the English language going, so that it doesn't fizzle into a world where everyone speaks and types lyk dey got p.nut butta on der tung.... ^_^
Wow, am I good at making friends. xD This took place on a "I Made A Mistake In 2009" page on Facebook.
The stars are swearing, the hyphens are me blocking out surnames for safety reasons. My name is Hannah 'Stig' Moore, if anyone wants to look me up.
EDIT:// missed out my first comment. Kind of an important one, haha.
