Cats here are boring.
The thought came to Cryptickit quite suddenly, as he lay sprawled out upon the ground, light tan eyes studing everything that was going on, which was...nothing. This had been the way life was though, and yesterday, he had snuck out of camp, without alerting the troops. Something that always burned in his veins, something to cause trouble and wreck havoc, something that he couldn't understand, but was more then willing to follow. Where had he gone? That answer was simple; the Circuits. Only they had enough stuff for him to really get a selection, and he knew what he wanted to do. Cryptickit had seen fire once by pure accident, yet it's flames had fascinated him, and thus, basically making the young cat a pyro. Appearing to be asleep was always the best element, and even now, as his slitted eyes looked around in a rather mischevious way. There was a sudden lack in motion, as warriors went out on patrols. With his luck, Darkstar and Eternalblossom were out doing something, and it was finally time to act. Suddenly sitting up, black pelt streaked with interlacing markings as well as a few unknown markings around him, Cryptickit gave a quick grin, before dashing around, digging up something that only he knew about.
Quickly, he rolled in the strange thing that he had gotten from a somewhat sullen cat whom had called himself Anubis. It would prevent himself from actually being harmed from what he was going to do, something that was dangerous, but he was going to get a lot of stares from that. He had already coated the things he planned to run into, which was why most of the day he had been napping, and it was time to go. Picking up the ember that he had so carefully concealed, his light tan eyes seemed to grow wider and wider in pure fascination as a single flame erupted. Shaking himself, Cryptickit, unknown son of Havoccrypt and Depthvision, properly smeared up in the strange whatever it was he had gotten from the Circuits, rolled in the flame, and appeared to catch himself aflame, before streaking back through the camp.
"Fire! Whoo! Fire!
He yowled, streaking through the camp, eyes giving him away as who he was. But, most wouldn't concentrate upon that, just the fact that he seemed to be on fire. Cackling, brushing against several little things, nothing too major such as the nursery or anything like that, Cryptickit bounded around, before dashing out into the riverbanks, and surrounding himself in a ring of fire. All the planning this had taken! It had been hard to get such an abundance of all this strange mixture, but at least nobody would be hurt. He just wanted to have some fun, not cfause an fatalities in his clan.
As the flames grew larger, their intense heat, and flickering light, seemed to be a complusion to him, as he watched it, every nerve seeming to tingle. Oh yes, using fire had been a good idea. As soon as the thing burned down to the actual ground, the fire would be gone, leaving nothing but ashes, and there was another thing that Cryptickit had grabbed; contacts. It would turn his light tan gaze into a muddy brown color, and the ashes from the flames would hide his pelt color. Only the few that had seen him streaking through camp would be able to identify him; if they had seen his eyes.
Suddenly, the flames gave one last bright flash, orange dancing with the red, and blue down at the very bottom, where it burned the brightest. Suddenly, there was nothing; just ashes and soot where the flames had been, and covering Cryptickit. A wide grin was on his features, one that he quickly removed, he couldn't give himself away so soon. Blinking, and rolling in the ash so it covered the grey streaks of his pelt, and scented as though he was a different cat. He even managed to give himself somewhat of an accent, so it laced his tone, changing it almost all the way.
"I have come here; and vhat do I see? Flames, everywhere! And then, vith that other young fellow himself on fire dancing through, this place is so odd. I thought clans themselves were boring; apperantly not."
Ears pulled back, something that was almost a never on Cryptickit, when he was himself, the 'dark grey, almost black' young tom seemed to be ever so slightly amused, yet concerned at the same time. He was nervous though, as he had said, he had 'hoped to join,' and this would leave any young loner unsure of what to do.
And man, did he ever pull of that unsure look. Quite stunning he was, indeed.
