The small she cat hadn't expected all of this to happen. She could only blame it on that one day, when she met the amazing tom whom called himself Sin. Little did she know that he was actually the mastermind Renegade; and from then, things had progressed with a rapid amount. And then though, as soon as the stranger had come, he was gone. Mouse was alone once more, and left to wander the meadows. Little did she know that she was carrying several new life forms in her stomach. At least, not until now, when the first ripping pain tore through her.
Over the moons, Mouse had grown quite large; but she chalked it up to only eating so much. Which, in truth was part of it. It was as though she couldn't stop eating. It was eighter eating, sleeping, or being grouchy, quite unlike the usually happy yet ignorant she cat. Now though, as she fell to the ground, thankfully in her den, the pain ripping through her, it seemed as though she knew what was happening to her. Suddenly, the pain became to great, and the small brown she cat passed out, the whole world going dark.

Blinking, Mouse raised her head, and beside her, sat five kits, each suckling away with obvious delight. Managing a weak grin, little did Mouse know she didn't have much longer to live then getting her kits weaned due to complications, she looked carefully at all of her kits. The first one, a she cat, had a pure blue head and neck, and a creamy white pelt. On her back, there were three blue drops.
"Lazuli."
Naming the she cat for her blue coloring, Mouse turned to her next kit; a tom with a black pelt, white underbelly, tail tip, and paw. Smiling slightly, the young she cat muttered;
"Arbalest"
Three kits left; and Mouse felt drained. The next kit in line was another tom; this one a sandy brown color with darker stripes, feet, and almost mask shape.
"Rage."
Mouse murmered, turning to the final two kits. One she kit, and one tom left. Deciding to name the she cat first, Mouse stared hard at her, before a faint smiled flickered onto her features. Black with silver-grey stripes that formed a mask, what better name then Haunted?
"You shall be Haunted."
Turning toward her final kit; this one a lot like Lazuli, but different all the same. His head and neck were black, but instead of dots, he had a small streak of black down his back.
"Rat."
She murmered, putting her head back down, weary from the effort it had taken her. She didn't have too long; sadly. But at least the kits had been named. Little did she know that they all had the eyes of their father; mercury.
