I'm not entirely to sure if anyone here actually cooks, but I figured I'd make this thread by the chance that someone might. Feel free to post with any good recipes or suggestions, I'd love to here them! Anyways, I'd like to show you this truly awesome page I found by a fellow who home makes quite a few things, and has some interesting recipes: biology.clc.uc.edu/fankhauser/Cheese/CHEESE.HTMLHe has recipes for all sorts of cheeses, root beer, bread, cinnamon rolls, yougurt, ice cream, jam, take your pic ^.^ He also has tips on preparation and handling, including instructions on deer skinning and rennet (stomach enzymes) extraction. I plan on giving some of his techniques a try, particularly that bread~ If anyone would like to try their hand at simple baking and other recipes I could post some of my own. Mmmm, bisquits!

I LOVE to cook, justr as well as my parents live on takeaways and don't often get me any... >.> I'll HAVE to find the recipe for Ultimate Chocolate Cake, for the other people on this site of course, as you may be allergic to chocolate, Marrow. When I say "Ultimate", I MEAN ultimate; it has to be served with cream, or it is to rich to eat, and I cannot eat more than one bite at a time. My friend, however, can eat 2 slices. >.< And I love to make low fat ice cream: This is the recipe (may have to be improvised if the stuff isn't available in your country or whatever.) Low Fat Toffee Crunch Ice Cream Ingredients:[/u] 200g pot of Toffee Müllerlight yoghurt 200g pot of Vanilla Müllerlight yoghurt 500g pot of very low fat natural fromage frais Artificial sweetener to taste A mini bag of Maltesers, crushed Method:[/u] Stir yoghurts and fromage frais together. Mix in Maltesers and sweetener (if wanted) Put in the freezer and light whip every 30 minutes (breaks up the formation of ice) It should be ready in a couple of hours. I love ice cream. <3

Ice cream!
I might be allergic to chocolate, but it doesn't stop me from eating it. Actually I suppose it's not an allergy, as I grew out of it, apparently. YAAAY chocolate!
Hah hah, though, I've never heard of that ice cream method XD We always do it by tediously mixing an ice cream machine for several hours =P
