The ground was growing more marshy, not the that red brown female noticed. Her two colored eyes were distant, deep in thought as she walked the borders. Many wolves would still be asleep, but she had been in an uneasy sleep. Her father had come to her and warned her of something.
"Aufpassen, was du nicht sehen kannst. Aufpassen von, was geändert werden kann. Nicht vergessen, was geschehen ist, und nicht fürchten, was geschieht."
She murmered to herself, a tired tone. She had obviously gone over this so many times already. She really didn't have an idea. What she did know, it bothered her. Unaware, she continued to speak in her native tongue. She didn't think anyone was listening anyways.
Aufpassen, was du nicht sehen kannst.
Suddenly, something lit up in her eyes. Only, it was not a happy light. It was one of sadness. She had hit a lightbulb with something.
((No, I don't speak German. xD I used a translator.))

Two usual blue eyes poked through the brush. But the body wasn't the one of the usual hero. Romeo trotted out of the bushes, carring a fat rabbit in his jaws. "Uh, oh hi Verblassen." He dipped his head in greeting. "Hungry?" He asked before dropping the rabbit before her and gently pushing it forward. "What are you doing out here this early on your own?" He questioned. His voice wasn't threatening or intimidiating, he was only curious. His light husky colored pelt shook slightly as he gave it a quick shake. His ears flickered as it picked up the sound of the brush.

Of course, they hyper aware female already knew who the brute was, even before his blue eyes peered out from the bushes. Shaking her pelt, as though she had to switch out of what she had been saying a moment before, she dipped her head in greeting. "Greetings Romeo. And no thank you. I'm fine." She said easily. She had hunted the other day before there had been a bit of problem with Plus. At his question, she just shrugged. "Trying to figure out how to deal with Plus and Total without offending them further. Sometimes it helps to think alone." Not the full truth, but not a lie either. Ver hated lieing to anyone, thus meaning she never did it. So much easier then trying to follow everything up. "What brings you out here, alone as well?" She asked.

"Hunting." The husky wolf flat out lied. He had no problem with lying to cover his tail. The light blue eyed wolf nodded. "I didn't want to disturb anyone." He answered. Well, at least that was the truth. He sat down, and started to eat his rabbit. As he finished he buried its remains. "Being by oneself may fix problems, but it's easier to share the burden with those you love." He answered nonchalantly. He kept the posture of a lower wolf, making sure to keep his tail lower then hers. He knew she wasn't very trusting, and she had no reason to trust the brute. He just wanted to stay on her good side.

If the blood colored she wolf caught the lie, she didn't say anything about it. There was always a reason that someone did what they did, and she wasn't going to question him. "Sandstone was asleep, I didn't want to wake him." She said softly. Noting that he kept his tail lower then hers, sshe nodded to herself. At least there were a few wolves in the pack who didn't try to make life difficult. "Total seems to be a bit more depressed now." She said softly, but also with a bit of a point. She hadn't really see the two interact very much anymore, and she didn't need Total falling apart further.

Romeo let out a small sigh. He had been so busy he hadn't checked up on Total in a while. "I heard her mother and sister left. Is her brother still here?" He questioned. It was the reason he'd left her alone. He wasn't sure how long her family would stay and he wanted her to spend as much time as possible with them. His light blue eyes shifted over to the bush for a second and then back. He had missed Total, but loved her enough to give her some time with the ones she loved.

"Her brother is, but she is falling apart." Ver said softly, shaking her head. It was bad with Total. "She is more snappy then usual, and doesn't listen. Her family leaving is really tearing her up." The red fae said to Romeo, looking at him. Sadness tinged in her eyes. "She really needs you right now. She might be thinking about doing something... rash."
((Want to bring Sand in, so this is the thread where they decide to have pups?"))

"You've saved her once before. You can do it again." Barked another black wolf. Sandstone emerged from the brush. He was out patrolling the borders. He took his place next to Ver, watching Romeo.
Romeo heart skipped a beat as the alpha came out. The two really didn't get along, yet. "I guess I should go find her before she has a chance." He replied hastily. With that Romeo took off back into the forest.

An amused look flickered in Ver's eyes as she watched Romeo retreat. "It seems you scared him." She said, bumping Sandstone lightly with her shoulder. She was so differant when it was only Sandstone and herself. She never had been all to social, keeping to the outside. She had gotten better as time had passed around this pack, but aside from Sandstone, nobody really saw what she was like.

"I don't think he likes me much." He grinned. How could he not find it humorous the young male fled as soon as he showed. He turned to Ver. "Verblassen, I've been thinking about something ever since Meiko visited. She loves me because I'm Earthstones pup. Maybe its time we continue the legacy?" His round blue eyes held hope and pure love in them. There was no denying he loved Ver and would lover her till death did them apart.

Ver chuckled. "Don't worry about it. You still get along with more wolves then I usually do." In a way, that was true. The fiery she wolf had a temper at times, and was not well known for her high social skills. She said what needed to be said, or just ignored you. Of course, not all found it bad, and if you actually gained her trust, well she could be pleasant. Sandstone had found the side past everything, the time where she could be herself.
Flinching slightly at Mekio's name, Ver shook her head in obvious distaste for the other wolf. Ever since the first time she had tried to stop Sandstone, Ver had become aggravated with her. It was so bad, she really could only speak in her native tongue around her. Not all was well between the two. At Sandstone's other words though, her ears pricked up. She loved Sandstone with all she had, and she was more then ready. And it seemed he was too. Turning, her gaze was soft as she looked back at him, a small smile playing on the corners of her lips.
"I think so as well."
She said softly to the black male.

That warm fuzzy sensation swept over the young male. She loved him as much as he loved her. He knew it before, but now, now they'd be able to have pups! Marvelous little creatures of their love. He started planning out names. What if they were all girls? Or all boys? His light blue eyes sparkled. He took a seat, overwhelmed by everything. "Verblassen... I love you!" He smiled up at his mate. It was very rare they were alone and they did things like this. Times like these were special.

A loose grin played in not only Ver's eyes, but in her very posture. Alone time was so rare that it was enjoyed ever moment it was there. The pack always seemed to want or need something, it was amazing the alphas were as loose as they were. "I love you too Sandstone." She said softly, leaning against the dark pelt of her mate. Pups. Their own pups. It was so much tpo grasp. It seemed like just yesterday, she had been a wanderer, follwing her on pawsteps with nothing to keep her in one place. Now, she would have a family.

He let out a content sigh. Yes life was good. "Do you have names picked out yet? How do you think the others will take it?" He questioned. His eyes glimmered with hope for life. He was actually going to beat his father in something. He loved this wolf, and planned on staying with her. They were going to have strong healthy puppies. Their puppies!

Ver laughed. His eagerness was contagious though, and she found herself responding to Sandstone's mood. "I've always liked the name Emblem. I'm not sure about anything else though." Shaking her head, her two colored eyes light Ver snorted. "The others will either take it well or not take it at all. It won't matter though, I think that most of the pack should take it well. Who doesn't like pups anyways?" Ver's tone was light and carefree, for the moment she was completely relaxed, being with the one she loved. "Do you have any favorite names?"
