This is out of character, I just decided to put this post here, where it's more likely to be seen.
The Circuit Board is pretty much the same deal as the rogues, however, they aren't genuinely evil, and they are pretty much all magicians. You can create a Circuit cat that's already in the group, but please, obey these guidelines--
- They may be sort of sadistic, but they're fun loving. Please, no Sweeney Todd-esque 'DIE MWHAHA I'M EMO' cats. Emos hang out with the rogues. We're thinking... More along the lines of the gypsies from the 'Hunch Back of Notre Dame' (Heck, where do you think I got the idea?) - Clopar is sorta the unofficial leader. However, he pretty much just leads attacks and passages judgement on intruders, he considers himself pretty much a regular cat. The hirearchy is a little different here, if an adult cat deems a stranger worthy to join, he's in. No going to Clopar needed. And there aren't apprentices here. Yes, a kitten goes into training, but under someone the mother or guardian deems fit. Kits are considered 'Warriors' once they reach adulthood (10 moons,) however training might still go on, depending on whether he needs it. - They have powers, yes, but it's nothing terribly unusual. Circuit cats can't sprout wings or shoot fireballs from their paws. Instead, they're rather ingenious, they do things like vanishing and appearing in other places, and chatting with squirrels and mice. They're also rather handy, they can tie knots and work matches. Infact, the caves they live in are lit with candles and torches.
That's all at the moment. To join, just make your bio and have it approved. Your automatically in, unless you specifi otherwise, then you roleplay in :3 Oh, and yes, your cat can wear accsessories and earrings, the like.

That is a great idea! I'm totally gonna make a cat or two. Ine question though. How do they choose leaders and things? Do they do it like the Warriors, or do they do one of those "dictator" deals?

Can mine move stuff with his mind? And also use berries, fresh-kill and things to make meals? Like a cook.

Jayheart-- Really it's sorta playing favorites. There's no OFFICIAL leader, though Clopar does act as the spokesperson ("I am the lawyers and Judge all in one!" Ha.)
Breeze-- Yep, I didn't want his name to be exactly the same, so I modified it. Actually, whenever I watch the movie, in the beginning when Clopin tells us his name, I always hear, 'Clopar,' not 'Clopin.' So that explains it.
Jayheart 2-- Nah, they can't have tattoos (Tattoos on fur? Omg.) HOWEVER, they CAN have henna tattoos. Henna's a type of plant ground and mixed into a paste that can be applied for tattoos, without a needle! And since it's ALSO used as a hair dye, it should show up on fur. I doubt Henna grows in the US, but hey, the Circuit's weird.
Hawkie-- Certainly.
Jayheart-- Sorry, no D8 Moving things with your mind isn't a Circus trick, and that's the basis on which powers are going. Moving things with your mind is waaaay to impossible. But cooking is quite possible. The Board steals jars and pans all the time (Just for the sake of stealing) and know how to light fires, so yes, feel free.
And before anyone asks, no, it's not Cicuit Board like a computer o.o; It came from thinking about how much the word Circuit is like Circus while dimly listening to a television in the background talking about a Board of something.

People... Remember I used 'powers' as a very loose term. THEY'RE MAGICIANS, NOT COMIC BOOK CHARACTERS.
Super strechy -- No. Your cat may be able to dislocate and position his/herself at longer angles, yes, but no Mr. Fantastic feats. Control metals/ use hands to mold even the hardest metal -- No. Your cat can be a smith, and be able to withstand heat better then most cats, but no being able to burst through the walls of Shadow Moses with a single push. Accelerated healing -- Depends. Something like getting a scratch and being completely healed the next day is fine. But no growing back decapitated limbs and being able to survive without intestines. Bone manipulation -- Huh? You mean like that Naruto guy? No. Duplication -- Kinda-sorta. Feel free to give the illusion of duplication, but no splitting-freaky-siamese-twin-D.C.-Comic-stuff. He/she can't split and duel seperate cats at the same time. Merging two cats into one stronger/faster one -- I'd like to see a human do that! But unfortunatly, that's resricted to the Sci-Fi channel and Metal Gear. Explode and then recreate oneself -- Ex... Plode? No. x ray vision -- Heh heh, sorry Batman. water breathing -- Nothing over five minutes or trickery. Telepathy -- Telepathy is vague. Only with cats close to him/her. Memory manipulation -- Sorry. NEROSURGERY! Bring inanimate objects to life -- Only through trickery. Walk through solid things -- Only through trickery. Walk on water -- Only through trickery, or if it's really, really shallow. Control light -- No. Plant manipulation (grow faster/ animate) -- No. Control create absorb water -- No. Teleportation -- Yes. But no going to Mexico, we're talking three yards. ability to transform into another animal -- No. Liquification -- No. Size shifting -- Only through trickery. Escape artist -- Yes. Glow in the dark -- With paint, yes. Insect control -- Depends, exterminator or flea circus? Juggling -- Yes. Martial arts mastery -- Yes.
